This training is designed for Brand Ambassadors who believe they are ready to step into greater ownership — not for status, but for service. Leadership here begins with a personal decision. It is not assigned. It is chosen.

During this session, we will clarify what leadership looks like inside Botanic and what it requires.

We will cover:

• The mindset and character expected of Botanic leaders
• How leadership influences tone, projection, and culture
• Expectations around meetings, training, and field support
• Sustainable growth and responsible expansion
• The framework we operate within: Learn. Do. Teach.

Integrity is non-negotiable. Leadership at Botanic requires consistency, accountability, and a commitment to protect the culture we are building.

Our leaders operate through collaboration, clear communication, and service to others. This is not independent leadership. It is shared responsibility within a unified vision.

This training will also help identify Brand Ambassadors who are interested in stepping into a field leadership role and supporting growth, training, and culture as Botanic expands.
