Important Information About Earnings

Botanic, LLC does not currently have enough operating history or participant data to calculate statistically reliable typical earnings, expenses, or profits.

No income level, commission, bonus, rank, or advancement is guaranteed. Individual results vary, and many participants may earn little or no compensation. Some participants may spend more than they earn.

The compensation amounts, percentages, ranks, bonuses, and examples described in the Botanic Compensation Plan explain how the Plan works. They are not promises, projections, or representations of what a participant is likely to earn.

What Affects Earnings

Earnings depend on many factors, including:

• Actual sales of Botanic products and services
• Customer acquisition and retention
• The participant’s eligibility under the Compensation Plan
• The activity and sales performance of the participant’s organization
• Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
• The amount of time, effort, skill, and experience applied
• Market conditions and other factors outside the participant’s control

Participation does not guarantee customers, sales, commissions, rank advancement, bonuses, or profit.

Costs and Expenses

Free Affiliate enrollment is available without purchasing products or a Starter Bundle.

A participant may have expenses, including:

• The Botanic Membership, currently $19.99 per month, when required for Active and Commission Eligible status
• Optional Starter Bundles or other product purchases
• Optional samples, demonstrations, advertising, events, travel, technology, or business supplies
• Taxes and ordinary business expenses
• Fees charged by a third-party payout provider or financial institution

Optional purchases do not guarantee earnings or advancement. Participants are responsible for deciding which optional expenses, if any, are appropriate for their circumstances.

Gross Compensation Is Not Profit

Compensation shown in TeamSpace or reported by Botanic is gross compensation before the participant’s expenses and taxes.

Gross compensation is not the same as net profit. A participant’s net result is calculated by subtracting all expenses from the compensation received.

No Required Inventory Purchase

A product or Starter Bundle purchase is not required to enroll as a free Affiliate.

Starter Bundles are optional product assortments. Purchasing a Starter Bundle does not purchase or guarantee paid rank, additional commission levels, bonuses, advancement, or earnings. Paid rank is determined by the qualifications actually satisfied under the Compensation Plan.

Examples and Illustrations

Any hypothetical Matrix, Uni-Level, rank, commission, or bonus illustration is provided only to explain the mathematical operation of the Compensation Plan.

An illustration does not represent typical or expected results. A fully populated organization or achievement of a particular rank may be uncommon and should not be presented as a likely outcome.

No Earnings Claims Without Approval

Participants may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about:

• Expected or typical earnings
• Guaranteed income
• Rank advancement
• Lifestyle results
• Time required to achieve a particular result
• The likelihood of receiving a commission or bonus

Until Botanic has sufficient reliable data to publish representative earnings information, participants must clearly state that Botanic does not yet have statistically reliable typical earnings data and that individual results vary.

Future Updates

Botanic intends to update this Income Disclosure Statement when sufficient reliable operating data becomes available.

A future disclosure may include:

• The percentage of participants who earned no compensation
• Gross compensation ranges
• Median and average gross compensation
• Rank attainment information
• Typical participant expenses
• Estimated results after expenses
• The reporting period and calculation methodology

Future results will not guarantee any participant’s individual outcome.
