Request Botanic app account deletion

You can request deletion of your Botanic app account and app access without signing in.

How to submit your request

Email info@shopbotanic.co with the subject Botanic App Account Deletion Request. Include the email address used for the Botanic app account. Botanic may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What this request deletes

After verification, Botanic will remove the app account, app login, and access to the Botanic app.

What this request does not delete

This app-only request does not delete or alter your WordPress customer, distributor, or team account, or your order, subscription, transaction, tax, compliance, or other website and business records.

Those records are retained as required to operate the website and business and to meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations. They remain subject to Botanic’s Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy. For questions or requests concerning those records, email info@shopbotanic.co.
