This training is designed for Distributors who believe they are ready to step into greater ownership — not for status, but for service. Leadership here begins with a personal decision. It is not assigned. It is chosen.
During this session, we will clarify what leadership looks like inside Botanic and what it requires.
We will cover:
- The mindset and character expected of Botanic leaders
- How leadership influences tone, projection, and culture
- Expectations around meetings, training, and field support
- Sustainable growth and responsible expansion
- The framework we operate within: Learn. Do. Teach.
