How do you ensure quality and consistency?
Quality and consistency are maintained through formulation standards, supplier relationships, manufacturing oversight, ingredient specifications, and production controls. These include ingredient and supplier review, formula specifications, batch consistency standards, manufacturing quality procedures, packaging and labeling verification, and ongoing operational oversight.
Because many Botanic products are intentionally formulated with naturally derived and plant-based ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occasionally occur. These natural variations are normal and do not necessarily affect product quality or performance.
