Hemp-Derived Products Notice
We only ship hemp-derived products within the United States to states where hemp and CBD products are legally permitted. Availability may vary by jurisdiction, and you should verify local laws before ordering. Please review our Disclaimers before purchasing.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12:00PM Central through Monday 12:00PM Central; or US Holidays. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and provided at checkout or upon order approval.
PO Box and APO/FPO Shipping
The Company does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This is due to shipping carrier restrictions and the need for proper age verification when shipping hemp-derived products.
International Shipping
The Company DOES NOT ship outside the United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can check tracking in your account under Track My Order.
Damages
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
The Company will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender
We will not issue a refund if the receiver Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender. We will fully track the shipping process and if it states that delivery was refused, we will deny any refund. We provide a generous Refund and Return Policy that must be followed. If you Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender, we will not refund you or send the product back to you.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us to assist with the investigation.
Where is My Order
Have you checked your mailbox, front door, porch, etc? 99% of the questions we receive asking, “Where is my order?”, are orders that have been delivered. Please be considerate of our support staff’s time by checking your mailbox and front door or porch BEFORE contacting support.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us immediately. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will consider a replacement after the investigation, which may take up to 90 days.
