At Botanic, we offer subscription options for select products to provide convenience and savings for our customers who wish to receive regular deliveries of our premium plant-based wellness supplements. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to any subscription purchases made on this website. By selecting a subscription option during checkout, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.
We want you to feel in control of your subscription, which is flexible and can be managed at any time in your account settings.
1. How Subscriptions Work
Subscription Selection: Subscriptions are optional and require manual selection at checkout (e.g., choosing “Subscribe & Save” or a recurring delivery frequency). One-time purchases are always available as an alternative.
If you’re unsure, you can always choose the one-time purchase option.
Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, such as every 30 days, 60 days, or as selected during purchase. The initial charge occurs at the time of order, and subsequent charges occur automatically on the renewal date.
Product Delivery: Products will be automatically shipped according to the selected frequency. You will receive an email confirmation for each order and shipment. You can track all deliveries in your account for easy access.
Pricing: Subscription prices may include a discount compared to one-time purchases. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal (with prior notice where required).
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term and frequency until canceled by you. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on the renewal date for the then-current subscription price (plus applicable taxes and shipping fees).
We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews, giving you the chance to manage or cancel it.
3. Modifications to Subscriptions
You may modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website. You can change your delivery frequency, pause orders, or switch products whenever you choose.
Options include:
Changing the delivery frequency.
Updating the product selection (where available).
Switching to a different subscription plan.
Pausing deliveries (if offered for your plan).
Changes may affect pricing or prorated charges.
4. Cancellation
To cancel, simply log into your account and select ‘Cancel Subscription’ under your subscription settings. No cancellation fees apply.
To cancel:
Log into your account.
Navigate to the “Subscriptions” or “Manage Subscriptions” section.
Select the subscription and choose “Cancel.”
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive shipments and be charged until the end of that period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods after cancellation, except as required by law. If you cancel during a promotional period (e.g., after a free or discounted trial), future charges will cease accordingly.
5. Refunds and Returns
Individual subscription shipments are subject to our standard Refund and Return Policy.
In cases of billing errors, contact us promptly for resolution.
6. Payment and Billing Information
