Success at Botanic is not measured by speed.
The first 30 days are about orientation, confidence, and alignment, not output. If you focus on the right things early, everything else becomes easier later.
Here’s what healthy success often looks like in the first month:
You understand the tone of the brand.
You recognize compliant, calm language and avoid exaggeration or pressure.
You’ve learned one product well.
You can explain it simply, using approved language, without drifting into promises.
You feel comfortable saying “I’m still learning”.
You no longer feel pressure to have every answer.
You’ve shared naturally, if at all.
One or two low-pressure conversations or posts is enough. Silence is not failure.
You know where to find answers.
You’re familiar with the Greenhouse, product pages, FAQs, and support pathways.
