The Kind of Business I Believe In
June 18, 2026
I believe business can be built with integrity.
I believe you can sell something you love without pressuring people. I believe you can grow a team without making people feel small. I believe ambition and kindness can live in the same room.
One of the reasons Botanic matters so much to me is because I want this company to feel different. I want customers to feel cared for, not marketed at. I want distributors to feel equipped, not overwhelmed. I want the culture here to be rooted in honesty, personal responsibility, and real support.
I know network marketing has not always been done well. I know people have seen hype, pressure, exaggeration, and promises that should never have been made. That is not what I want to build.
I want Botanic to be a place where people can grow a business in a way they are proud of. A place where clean living and leadership meet. A place where personal development is not just a slogan, but part of how we treat each other.
That means we do not have to pretend life is perfect to be good leaders. We do not have to use pressure to share something useful. We do not have to trade trust for speed.
The way we build matters.
The way we speak to customers matters.
The way we invite people matters.
The way we support distributors matters.
The way we handle growth, disappointment, questions, and responsibility matters.
That is why I share what I read, use, and build with. Because the tools matter, but the way we use them matters even more.
Botanic Living is part of that. It is a place to share the practices, books, rhythms, recipes, home choices, and business reflections that help us build lives and work we can feel proud of.
With love and intention,
Jennifer
